Happening Now

In honor of National Police Week, the Waynesboro Police Foundation presented the Waynesboro Police Department with a $3,000 donation for a reset room at the WPD.
The reset room will be a designated space within the WPD designed to help officers decompress, regulate stress, and recover from difficult calls or cumulative job strain. Reset rooms for police officers have been shown to have a positive impact on their mental health and well-being, which is an essential part of supporting those who serve.
The Waynesboro Police Foundation is proud to support this innovative project!

Thanks to generous contributions, over $17,000 was raised, allowing us to provide meaningful gifts and essential items to families facing challenging circumstances.
